Foundation

The Chamber Foundation supports the Chamber in its efforts to make the County a more attractive place for business and other employers, resulting in economic growth.

A 501(c)3 corporation, theFoundation administrates the Business & Education Partnership’s workforce development initiatives and Tech Valley Leadership. Through an established endowment, the Foundation awards four scholarships to County youth annually: two Leonard K. Doviak Memorial Scholarships, Doviak Scholarship for the Arts and Times Union Communications Scholarship. Workforce development initiatives include:

• Certificate of Employability
• CareerEXPO for grade 10 students
• Experiential Day for grade 11 and 12 students
